Wellness is learned.
Wellness is practiced.
People need access to tools they can integrate into their healing, along with a supportive team that offers encouragement and guidance as each individual progresses on their unique path. Emotional wellness and stability cannot simply be taught or absorbed. It is an experiential process that requires reflection, adjustment, and ongoing support from a trained team and dedicated housing staff.
THEY ARE SEEKERS
They are seekers—individuals striving to heal from trauma, substance use, mental health challenges, or a combination that has kept them from living the life they want.
THEY ARE FROM ANY BACKGROUND.
They are professionals, students, parents, siblings, and grandparents, representing diverse backgrounds, cultures, and communities. Our homes are welcoming and affirming of LGBTQ+ individuals.
THEY ARE READY.
They are ready for an added layer of support in their recovery journey, choosing a safe, stable residence where they can build new life skills and practices that support lasting wellness.
At Healing Grace Recovery Homes, our mission is to walk alongside men and women who have the desire to achieve long-term mental wellness.
We believe self-care starts with self-awareness. Choosing transitional housing while in treatment provides an added support system to help create the changes needed for lasting recovery.
In our experience, lasting transformation takes knowledge, consistent practice, and encouragement from both clinical and support staff. Most of all, it takes TIME.
Give yourself the gift of time, and allow yourself to fully engage in the healing process.
Every Sunday family members are invited to see the guests and support them on their journey to wellness. This is a family affair. We support the family unit.
We promote holistic health with activities like light yoga, cold plunges, art, meditation, group walking, and stress-relieving exercises.
Our homes include workshops and personalized training on essential life skills, such as job readiness, school, budgeting, chores, cooking, and self-care.
We facilitate regular peer support meetings where guests can share their experiences, gain strength from each other, and build a sense of community.
We provide community resources to programs such as Outpatient, Cal-Fresh, Cal-Works, FASFA, Social Services, Employment Development Department, local AA meetings, and much more.
Healing Grace is more than just another sober living home. We’ve walked this path ourselves.
You’re not just a number here. You’re a human being who deserves support, dignity, and hope. We’ve built the kind of safe, encouraging space we wish existed when we were in your shoes. If you’re ready to take the next step, please call us today.
At Healing Grace, we’re here to support your next steps in recovery. For those interested in joining our program, we ask that you have completed in-patient treatment or are actively enrolled in outpatient services before arriving. This ensures that each person is prepared to fully benefit from our community and the transformative journey ahead.
